Offer

SiteScan DFY provides a one-time setup of a simple one-page website for $97. The service includes creating or adapting a draft preview, reviewing basic business details, and making light edits before launch.

Draft / AI disclosure

Draft previews may be generated using public business listing information, operator-entered details, and AI-assisted formatting. Draft previews are not official websites and are not approved by the business unless and until the business owner/operator reviews and approves them.

No affiliation

SiteScan DFY and richgibbs.dev are independent services. Draft previews are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google, Google Business Profile, or the listed business unless approved by the business owner/operator.

Accuracy / owner responsibility

The buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving all business details, including name, phone number, services, service area, hours, licenses, certifications, guarantees, photos, and claims before launch. We may refuse or remove claims that appear unsupported, misleading, or unverifiable.

No performance guarantee

We do not guarantee SEO rankings, Google placement, website traffic, calls, leads, sales, revenue, ad performance, or customer inquiries. The service is a website setup/design service only.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied before launch, email support@richgibbs.dev within 7 days of payment. We will either make reasonable corrections or refund the $97 setup fee. After the website is approved/launched or domain setup begins, refunds are not guaranteed. If we are unable to deliver a basic one-page website after payment, we will refund the payment.

Removal requests

If you are the owner/operator of a business shown in a draft preview and you do not want the preview online, email support@richgibbs.dev or reply “delete” to the outreach message. We will remove the draft preview.
