Tuck Sentinel

Your password reset emails are in spam. Your customers think you ghosted them.

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, alignment — the boring DNS hygiene that decides whether your launch email, your receipts, and your support replies ever reach the inbox. A 24-hour review for one domain. No logins, no DNS access, no inbox-placement promises.

The Stripe checkout collects the minimum intake: domain, sending tools, and authorization confirmation. No passwords, DNS access, customer lists, or mailbox access.

What you send

  • Domain name to review.
  • Email-sending tools/providers.
  • Confirmation you own/administer the domain or are authorized.
  • Optional redacted headers only after we ask.
Not for spam

What this is not

Not a deliverability guarantee, spam-folder removal service, legal opinion, compliance certification, reputation repair, cold-spam setup, phishing, impersonation, or evasion help.

What gets checked

  • SPF: duplicates, missing senders, stale includes, permissive policies, and lookup-limit risk.
  • DKIM: selector checks when supplied or visible in redacted headers.
  • DMARC: policy, alignment, reporting destination, subdomain posture, and safe next step.
  • MX/provider sanity: whether your domain appears to match the mail provider you think you use.
  • Sender map: quick inventory of tools that appear authorized to send as your domain.

Best fit

  • SaaS founders before launch.
  • Teams whose password resets, receipts, support replies, or newsletters land in spam.
  • Developers who can edit DNS but want the fix list first.
  • Anyone tightening DMARC carefully.

Process

  1. Pay and enter your domain, sending tools, and authorization confirmation in Stripe checkout.
  2. We inspect public DNS and request only sanitized/redacted evidence if needed.
  3. You get a plain-English report within 24 hours after complete intake for one normal domain.
  4. You make DNS/provider changes in your own accounts. We do not log in or change records.
  5. Ask one clarification question within 7 days if anything in the report is unclear.

Don’t need a 1:1 review yet?

The same checklist in printable, fillable Markdown form — sender-inventory template, SPF builder, DKIM provider reference, DMARC 30-day ramp, Authentication-Results decoder — is in the Indie Founder Email DNS Pack: $19 (pay what you want, $9 minimum) on Gumroad. DIY today, upgrade to the $99 review later if you still see disappearance.

Inbox already cleared and just needs maintenance?

If your DNS is fine but your mailbox is the mess, see Inbox Cleanup. Same independent, advisory-only model: you run a read-only survey script under your own OAuth, we send back a written cleanup plan. $19 DIY pack, $79 written QuickCheck, or $499 Enterprise for up to 10 Workspace mailboxes.

Important: Inbox placement depends on authentication, content, consent, engagement, volume, sender history, IP/domain reputation, and mailbox-provider decisions. This is a point-in-time technical hygiene review, not a promise that future messages will reach the inbox.
