Refund Policy

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days after the QuickCheck report is delivered, by emailing support@richgibbs.dev.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment processor (Stripe). Actual arrival timing depends on the payment processor and your bank.

What a refund means

The report is a point-in-time advisory deliverable. It is not a compliance certification, SOC 2 evidence, legal opinion, insurance attestation, penetration test, deliverability guarantee, inbox-placement guarantee, or security guarantee — whether or not a refund is issued.

Pilot scope only

The Pilot, Standard, and Inbox/DNS QuickCheck offers are report-only. Each purchase covers the single host or domain described by that offer. Any future remediation, direct-access, DNS implementation, monthly monitoring, deliverability operations, or custom work is offered only under a separate written scope and may have separate refund terms.

Authorization or scope problems

If authorization is unclear, the target is out of scope, you send secrets/sensitive data after being told not to, or the requested work would violate law or your provider's policy, work may be declined or refunded before assessment starts.

Inbox Cleanup refund policy

The Inbox Cleanup product line is advisory only. Refund handling differs by tier:

  • $19 Inbox Cleanup Pack (Gumroad). Non-refundable as a digital download once delivered. Pricing is pay-what-you-want with a $9 floor; choose what fits before you check out.
  • $79 Inbox Cleanup QuickCheck. Refundable until the written cleanup plan is delivered. Once we send you the plan, the QuickCheck is considered fulfilled.
  • $499 Inbox Cleanup Enterprise. Refundable until the written cleanup plan is delivered. Scope (mailbox count, internal-app OAuth path, deliverable format) is locked at intake; out-of-scope work requires a separate written engagement.

None of the Inbox Cleanup tiers include direct mailbox access, deliverability work, inbox-placement work, mail recovery, or storage-savings guarantees. A refund does not convert the cleanup plan into a certification, attestation, or guarantee of any kind.
