For the AI Workflow Map, we collect only the information needed to answer your fit question or prepare the report:

- a short business, project, or workflow description;
- website or public business context you choose to share;
- redacted workflow notes, examples, or constraints;
- billing metadata if a paid pilot is accepted; and
- basic website server logs for security and abuse prevention.
3. How We Use It
- to respond to your inquiry;
- to decide whether the pilot is a fit;
- to prepare the fixed-scope written report if you purchase;
- to handle support, billing, and refund questions; and
- to protect the website from abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers on this page.
4. Service Providers
We use ordinary providers needed to run the website, email support, payment processing if a paid pilot is accepted, and security. Those providers process data only for those operational purposes.
5. Retention
- Inquiry and support email: up to 3 years unless deletion is requested sooner and no legal retention obligation applies.
- Redacted intake and report working notes: normally deleted or minimized within 90 days after report delivery.
- Billing and tax records: retained as required by law.
- Server logs: normally retained for a short security window.
6. Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with your inquiry, subject to legal retention obligations. Email support@richgibbs.dev with "Privacy request" in the subject.
7. Security
Use redacted context only. No report requires account login, live system access, credentials, private exports, customer records, or regulated data.
