1. Who You Are Buying From
This agreement is between you and Rich Gibbs, an individual sole proprietor operating from Texas, United States. Contact: support@richgibbs.dev.
2. What You Get
The AI Workflow Map is a fixed-scope written advisory report for one business, project, or operating context. The pilot deliverable normally includes:
- three ranked AI or automation workflow opportunities;
- a short explanation of what to test first and what to ignore for now;
- starter prompts, checklists, or templates tied to those workflows;
- data and human-review guardrails; and
- a simple 30-day experiment plan.
3. Price, Intake, and Delivery
The pilot price is $67 unless a different written quote is provided before payment. Payment and detailed intake happen only after the fit question is accepted. Delivery timing, refund handling, and any special terms are confirmed in writing before paid intake.
If there is a conflict between this page and a later written engagement email for a specific paid pilot, the later written engagement email controls for that paid pilot.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, redacted context about the business or workflow.
- Do not send credentials, API keys, private exports, regulated data, payment data, customer records, or secrets.
- Review all recommendations before using them in your business.
- Decide whether any workflow, tool, or prompt is appropriate for your operations.
5. What This Is Not
The AI Workflow Map is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, compliance, medical, security, or professional advice. It is not implementation, managed automation, software development, system administration, or ongoing consulting unless separately agreed in writing.
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
No savings, revenue, ROI, traffic, conversion, performance improvement, cost reduction, productivity gain, or business outcome is promised or guaranteed. The report is a point-in-time advisory artifact based on the limited context you provide.
7. Use of the Report
You may use the report internally for your own business or project. You may not resell, repackage, or present the report as a certification, guarantee, audit attestation, or endorsement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the AI Workflow Map is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
